I was working in retail and decided I needed a change of career. I had thought of becoming a hairdresser as I always saw the industry as very glamorous and creative. I looked at al the options on different courses and decided that ITEC was the best option for me. I arranged a meeting with the girls at Harvard Hair and found them very friendly. I was a stay at home mother who had never worked before as I had three children close together. I had always had an interest in hairdressing so decided to do a course at Harvard Hair, the educators were so professional and gave a lot of time to me individually. I am now working permanently in hairdresssing and have gone on to come third in the IHF winning a trophy and also being a finalist in the L’oreal colour trophy award.
